    Welcome to The Soulinas. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the booking of our musical entertainment services (the "Services"). By accessing our website or booking our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    1. Service Agreement

    These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and The Soulinas. All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation from us. The scope of services, including performance duration, musicians, and equipment, will be detailed in a separate Performance Agreement provided upon booking.

    2. Bookings and Payments

    To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required. The remaining balance is due no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date. We accept payments via bank transfer or credit card (a processing fee may apply). Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.

    3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    Our cancellation policy is detailed in our Booking Policy. In summary:

    • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event will receive a refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
    • Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
    • Cancellations made less than 30 days of the event will be liable for the full booking fee.

    Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. All such requests must be made in writing.

    4. Performance Requirements

    The Client is responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for the performance. This includes:

    • An adequate, stable, and dry performance area (minimum 3m x 2m).
    • Sufficient and safe electrical power supply within 10 meters of the performance area.
    • For outdoor events, adequate shelter from direct sun, rain, and wind must be provided.
    • Reasonable access to the venue for loading and unloading equipment.

    We require a minimum of 60-90 minutes for setup and soundcheck prior to the performance start time.

    5. Intellectual Property

    The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and music, is the property of The Soulinas and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All performances are for live enjoyment only. Any recording (audio or video) of the performance is prohibited without our prior written consent.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    In the unlikely event of non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, accident, force majeure), our liability will be limited to a full refund of all monies paid by the Client. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our Services shall not exceed the total fee paid by the Client.

    7. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

    8. Changes to These Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
