Booking Policy & Disclaimers

1. Booking Process

All bookings are considered tentative until a signed Performance Agreement is received and the required deposit has been paid. A booking is confirmed only upon written confirmation from The Soulinas.

2. Deposits and Final Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required to secure your event date. This deposit must be paid within 7 days of receiving the Performance Agreement. The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days prior to the event.

3. Cancellation by Client

All cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

• 60+ days from event date: Full refund of monies paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• 30-59 days from event date: Forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
• Less than 30 days from event date: The client is liable for the full booking fee.

4. Cancellation by The Soulinas

In the unlikely event that The Soulinas is unable to perform due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe illness or force majeure, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement performer of equal standing. If a replacement cannot be found, all monies paid by the client will be refunded in full. Our liability is limited to this refund.

5. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule an event date are subject to our availability and are not guaranteed. If we are available for the new date, a rescheduling fee may apply. If we are unavailable, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

Limitation of Liability

The Soulinas's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Equipment Disclaimer

While we maintain professional equipment, technical failures may occur. We carry backup equipment but cannot guarantee against all technical issues.

Venue Conditions

Performance quality may be affected by venue acoustics, weather conditions, or other environmental factors beyond our control.

Health and Safety

We comply with all applicable health and safety regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring venue safety and accessibility.
